Projects

The goal of our projects? Making healthcare better.

The projects vary from developing new strategies and implementing innovative ideas to carrying out extensive (market) analyses or supervising mergers. Each project offers new challenges and opportunities.

Our clients all have something to do with healthcare. They include hospitals, elderly care organisations, pharmacists, mental healthcare, pharmaceutical companies, policy makers, supervisors, investors, suppliers and patient organisations.

Delivering quality and developing yourself

Of course, during projects we are committed to achieving the best for our clients and focus on delivering quality. And this can't be done without your personal development as a strategy consultant. At Gupta, you work as an all-round consultant with a small project team on large projects. All-round, so you will continuously challenge yourself and your development will go sky high.

The goal? To amaze yourself and our clients time and time again.

Dion Coumans (strategieconsultant) over Gupta Learn and Grow:

Thijs de Kruif (strategy consultant) on the development of a merger strategy:

"The in-depth preparation of this hospital merger was educational. Not only for both hospitals, but also for myself. During this process, I gained insight into the various interests within a hospital and how to set up a successful change process. I consider the preparation of this merger to be a successful framework for change processes."
